Just came home from the hospital with my two day old son. Once we walked in the house, we found out that our air conditioning had broke. I called the 'emergency' HVAC company that the builder told me to contact. Even after I stated that there was a two day old baby in an 86° house, they told me they were unable to help me until later in the week. Jake came out and diagnosed the problem that same night. He then returned the next day with the new part and worked into the night to make sure my air conditioning was working for my wife and my newborn baby. JMAC has gained a customer for life.
