Just came home from the hospital with my two day old son. Once we walked in the house, we found out that our air conditioning had broke. I called the 'emergency' HVAC company that the builder told me to contact. Even after I stated that there was a two day old baby in an 86° house, they told me they were unable to help me until later in the week. Jake came out and diagnosed the problem that same night.
